We provide strategic advice on various stages of the development process including site preparation through to building construction, alongside identifying appropriate building configurations, specifications and uses in line with market demand.

Humber International Enterprise Park

500 acre portside development opportunity.

Savills was appointed to support the planning process and prepare a marketing campaign to promote the availability of a large scale development opportunity. Working with our project managers to ensure all the technical information was readily available, we provided strategic advice to ensure that the site was effectively marketed ensuring credibility of delivery. At this stage, preliminary information has been prepared and our agency service is working alongside our occupier services to secure a ​ large scale manufacturer.

London Wharf

Mixed use development (Location Confidential)

Savills is working with a confidential client to secure an occupier for the commercial element of a protected wharf scheme where a residential led mixed use scheme is proposed. ​ A potential commercial occupier has been identified and negotiations are in progress which are balancing the requirements of an operational wharf whilst protecting the needs of the local residents.

Alstom Site Search

Offshore wind turbine manufacturing site search and negotiations with selected port for Alstom. Work included ​ detailed analysis of operator site requirements and negotiations with the port on terms of a lease.
