Savills was appointed to support the planning process and prepare a marketing campaign to promote the availability of a large scale development opportunity. Working with our project managers to ensure all the technical information was readily available, we provided strategic advice to ensure that the site was effectively marketed ensuring credibility of delivery. At this stage, preliminary information has been prepared and our agency service is working alongside our occupier services to secure a large scale manufacturer.
